I would say at least 10 horses, maybe more depending on engine and car. So you may feel it, maybe not too!

Does your original torker have a common plenum floor/manifold base? The Strip Dominator has an "insulated" runner system that will keep the charge alot cooler, resulting in a denser charge. It also has a better angle into the head for every port, almost straight. When you look at the torker the middle runners have to do almost a U turn to get around the pushrods. The SD has a better design altogether. I went from a SD to an LD340 and I felt I lost some power at all RPM's, even the low side.

Geez, those SD's are an ancient intake.
Whether you 'notice' it or not will probably depend alot on how
the rest of your engine is configured.

However, a buddy of mine had one on his stock 73 340 4-spd duster.
Even though the motor was wore out, that thing screamed!

I'm not a huge fan of Holley stuff, but I've got to admit, when they
developed their Chrysler intakes they definitely did their R&D.

The Holley Strip Dominator intake was excellent; but please realize the technology is over 20 years old.

I have used many over the years(although all were W2 designs), and every one required some rework to properly fit the intake ports. The center divider was the problem. Take some time when you put it on and check with mirrors before bolting down. A little mismatch of intake ports(especially on top) can cost several HPs.

The M-1 is an upgraded version of the Holley. The Holley was THEY intake to use back then.
That intake is made for screaming engines. The Torker was designed as a entry level race / hot street set up. There was nothing to fill the gap between the dual plane and race intakes. So the Torker fit in well.
I have to comment on something. I think all intakes, as cast, can use some work to perform at there best. Factory castings can only be so good.
Like Sanborn pointed out, look before you bolt on and go. A few min.'s with a die grinder can help a bunch.

weind x-celerator was worth a tenth and over 1.5 mph compared to strip dominator on a fairly street oriented street/strip machine.
sd has killer 60 fts but did not seem to have the top end charge compared to x-celerator
