Pinion Angle
Who can tell me what the proper pinion angle should be for my 74 E body with 8 3/4 rear end & 727 Tranny & if that angle is in relation to the drive shaft or on its own. Thanks Muchly

7 degrees with SS springs
3 degrees with Ladder bars 1-2 degrees with a 4-link ... is a good STARTING point. Later, Greg |

And I think Greg left out that it is Relative to the driveshaft.

Factory was around 2-3 deg nose down!

Thanks all for the info. It will come in handy. I had to grind off theold perches cause I had to move the the rear end over 3/8 of an inch other wise the new tires would rub on the right side. So thanks again!!!!!
