Question

I recntly bought a classic mopar with ralleye rims and Hoosier radials in nice shape. I had some front-end work done the other day and the guy said one of my front tires had a bubble in it, which might explain a front-end vibration I notice at around 60. He said it was in the tread part of the tire. Would it help to move this tire to the rear? Is this something I should worry about safety-wise?
