torque converter
I finally found a 727 for my project. The guy I got it from said that I need a torque converter that is made for a 727, Is this true? I have a torque converter from the 904 that was on my 360, and I would like to know if I can use it.
Thanks |

I believe as long as it's the same size it should work. However, The converter from the 360 has weights welded to it to provide an external balance to the 360 crank. So if the engine your using does not need to be externally balanced, you'll have to remove the weights.

904 and 727 convertors are not interchangable.... the input shafts are different and the convertors will not interchange.
