I've been told that i'll have valve spring binding problems with this combo

Any knowlegeable people to advise me?

contact krcperformance online, they do magnum engines, seem to be very knowlegable on them.

You may have. Why cant you check this your self. Put the engine togather with zero lash and filler gage the clearance between the middle 3 coils. I think they need to add up over .080 inches, over or .025-.030 between the coils. Dont let them second guess that combo. You will feel a acomplishment when you see for your self. Besides the guy you talk too may not know a slant six from a 413 engine, you never know.
