68 big block exhaust manifold question

Guys Here's my story I found a turbocharger manifold for a big block.I think off a military truck or motor home. I'm thinking of seting up a turbo and am looking for a free flowing exhaust manifold for the drivers side. I'd prefer a max wedge but price and the fact they hit firewall on later b bodies[I have a 67 Satellite] rules that out. The Mopar performance book says the 68 body manifold is the next best but may not fit all bodys. I've found one,will it fit a 67 satellite? It turns out to outside on bottom. Why? Are there any free flowing manifolds that exit more or less straight down? Thanks Tim
