Question Neon needs tach

Autometer tells me that I need to use their tach adapter in order for their tachs to work with DIS ignition. Does anybody now of any other manufactuer that makes a tach that will plug and play with DIS. Anubody know how the factory tach works?

Sunpro super tach 2 fits. prolly lots of others from sunpro fit too, they go up to 5' I have the 2 5/8ths, on sunpro.com they have a guide to hook it up without a tach adapter, hook your feed line to the grey wire with the light blue stripe at your ecm. which is on your fender by your battery

that grey with the light blue strip is alson right there in your dash and can always send your tach in to run a cyclinders as well and hook it up to the wire on the coil

I've never seen a tach that has a switch on it for a 2 cyl there neonhondakiller. they are set for 4, 6, and 8 here.

I'd spend the extra money on the adapter vicd. You find a better more precise and accurate tach than the ones Autometer sells. You want find anything else but Autometer in a pro car. I know since I build and drive a pro car.

Your post does not mention sending it off to Autometer for a mod.
