Question green bearings/seal?

While installing the new seals one of the springs for the wiper came off.Now we cant get it on?Is this due to a small distortion of the seal? They look ok but I cant reinstall the spring!!!!Boy Im choked!

Are you talking about the seals in the axle tube?
If you can see the springs with the seals installed, they're in backwards.
