Ram Wheels and Tires

I have a set of 4 American Racing Atlas wheels 16x10 with Goodyear MTR's on them - the tires have about 3000 miles on them but I had a problem with suspension and the fronts have worn funny and really need to be replaced. The wheels are in fair condition - they need a real good clean (been in storage for ages). They will need to be picked up at storage as I have no way to transport them anymore.. I'm in North Texas, just north of DFW. - Wheels retail for $220 each new +tax and the tires are about the same but two are bad like I said and the wheels need some cleaning - No reasonable offer refused.
