Help Wrong forum?Desperate to make my Rallye Clock function!!

Anyone with a tip concerning my E-body R/T panel clock,,
The second arrow is turning around nice and continuos!!
Every 15 min over anything the minute pointer stops and you have to move it to 25 over to make it start by itself again!!
Is it possible to oil the clock without taking it apart?
I have the complete cluster out of the car to change some scales,,so it is a perfect oppertunity to solve this old problem, but the clockcase looks like a box of sardinas!!

Well,,now the clock is apart!!It was a little tricky but nothing is broken,,,,,,yet!!
The inside contains of several "floors" in clear plastic a IC and a bunch of gears.
As mention the second pointer goes around and around,,no problem.
The minute pointer stops every hour at the same spot,,ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME OUT FROM HERE??

Anyone who can try to expain a little closer in detail,,theres a red gear, the motor.
Also first, second, third floor,,,,

I hate to putting the car together without the watch in function,,its not that funny dropping the steeringwheel, all those old underdash wirings and the fragile plastic bezels!!
Any Idea?
Best Olle B
