belts etc
I did the same thing..I had to go to a single belt on the inner most pulley groove. Until I can get the right pulleys and brackets from a non A/C car.

Welcome to the crazy mixed up world of Mopar bracketry. They litterly had thousands of pulley combos. It sucks for sure. All I can say is find the nearest bone yard and start lookin. You van use pulleys from Big or small blocks altough in the early years they switched the crank pulleys bolt pattern from acenteric style. With a round file and a few minutes will take care of that, dont wanna mess up the pulley run the 4 bolts that line up, in Chebby land they have no probs with 3 bolt crank pulleys. Try finding a correct big block setup with no air power steering or other crap. Its hard to do.
