Electric Fan for a 383
Can anyone recommend an Electric fan for a 383 in a 70 Charger? And how much it costs.

I went and got one from a Cavalier in the junk yard.. it is plastic..
Put a bead of caulking aroad the edge and let it dry... this is so that when you put it againt the radiator if won't damage it.. I used plastic tie straps to attach it to the rad.. You can either have it run off of the key, a switch or buy one of the thermostat controlled switches that come on and off by temperature.. The fan has worked great for cruising in 95 Deg heat.. They only charged me 10 bucks cuase I removed it... bring a 10mm deep socket and a few extensions. |
