A-Body Meats
Just purchased 15 in wheels for a 1970 340 Duster.What tires will fit in the back without moving the springs in.The rims are 15x8 in the back and 15x7 in the front.I want the BF Goodrich Drag radial in the back.They offer a 275-60- R15.
Need to hook up this Green Brick once and for all. |

Fortunately it is a Duster instead of a Scamp or other short rear wheel lip "A" body. On my Scamp, I can barely get 275/60/15 on 8" rim, On my Duster, I ran 10" rim with 295/50/15. I did have coil over shocks and helper leafs though (stuck out about 1/4-1/2" past the lip. For pics, visit:
