Default Manual Steering Box

What do you top up your steering box with? THe factory book says 90weight gear oil. I haven't seen straight weights around for awile, unless I'm not looking hard enough. Is there anything better to fill it with? Anyone used that Lucas stop leak stuff in steering boxeS? The sector shaft has a little leak that I don't feel like fixing this year.
