Default PAW Crank

Has anyone ever dealt wit Paw ?? If so dou they sell 440 steel cranks ?? I see that they do with their rbuild kits but I am wondering if they sell them sepratly?? If so does anyone know the pricing??

i've dealt with PAW a lot...and i don't remember seeing a 440 steel crank in the "crankshaft" section...i'd have to look in my book again though, i don't have it around.

I'm a big fan of PAW. I bought a 440 forged steel crank from them a few years ago. If you call them, they'll tell you instantly. Just like Summit and Jeg's, they have a lot of products available which aren't in their catalog.

has anyone ever bought one of their 440 long or short block kits?
ive been thinking about it and it seems like a great deal for under 3 grand?

No experience with them, but they're probably like any other crate engine - you gotta tear 'em down and put 'em back together to make sure they don't fly apart.

if I remember right they are all dissassembled except for the crank/cam bearings but those might be user installed also. No need to take anything apart but you do need to spec everything when you put it together. Spend the money for the balancing, helps in the long run
