Default Tremec 5-speed transmission fluid
I'm getting ready to install a Tremec TKO 5-speed behind my 340. What fluid is recommended for this transmission?

Give the guys over at Keisler Auto a call. They work on these all of the time. I'm sure that they can give you some good info about the fluid to use.

3 quarts of GM syncromesh fluid. $9.61 per quart.
