Question

I have a question,
can someone create a new VIN tag and fender tag out of a copy of a Advanced Dealer Shipping Notice? I mean, if I have the original paper and someone may have a copy of it..? Just curious, if so some can change their cars into something that aren't built as from the beginning, as into a 440+6 or a hemi but those aren't original. May I have answers please?

Fender tags have been reproduced by many people, but there is a definite pattern to the order in which information is displayed, and not all option codes even show up on it. I'm not gonna say which ones, I like to ask people who made up their tag when I see an obviously fake one on a show car. Galen Govier makes legitimate copies, but you must have very good documentation to get one from him.
