The stock small block windage tray will fit any of the stock stroke small blocks. I don't know if it will work with stroker engines?
You need the four special (tall) main bearing cap bolts to install the windage tray, and spme of the trays want to hang out to the oil pan rails. If they do, just push (bend) the tray to make it narrower.
If you are using ARP main studs (for a windage tray) the stock windage tray can still be used, but the mounting holes need to be enlarged for the small end of the studs to pass through, and you will need a washer under the tray as a stop where the stud changes size.

Yes...but if it is orig a 340 tray you must slot the holes to fit the wider 360 mains. If it is one of the currently avail one's the slots are already there. There are threaded holes in the main caps for the screws if you have the correct ones.

Check to make sure rods do not hit tray in their rotation.

I do not think a stock tray will bolt up to the mains and allow the rods to clear a 4 inch stroke.

With stoker motors it is strongly recommended by those smarter than me to use studs in the mains and the milodon adj tray. In order to use the studs with the adj tray you will need to mill the rear main cap passenger side hole shorter and use a shorter stud to clear the tray. I have a pic of this if youy need to see what this looks like...let me know if you need it.

Default windage tray

I mocked up an original 340 tray on my 360 and the rods did hit.

As tommasso said the holes in the 340 tray just need to be slotted because the main cap bolts are spaced further apart on a 360 than on a 340. I have converted two and the rods didn't hit.

Yeah, I've never seen a windage tray up close, so I only have a slight idea what you mean about slotting the holes, as long as its not too difficult.

rumble - that's because the MP unit already has the slots. We are talking about an original 340 one.

Default Windage Tray

I put a 340 windage tray on a 318 years ago and the tray hit the rods. I just put an extra washer under the screw to gain the extra clearance needed. I think the 340 main caps are taller than the 318 caps, not sure about the 360 caps.
