455 Engine/and tranny from a 72 Buick leSabre for Sale!! RUNS!!

Hi all, i have this 455 engine and tranny for sell for $600 everything is original and it runs, runs great i might add! it must get sold, i don't have alot of space(i live with my parents and I trying to get my car finished with repairs(72 ply/satellite 400 4bl 727) the engine and tranny is from a 72 Buick LeSabre, i still have the body but the front end is all shot too...well you know where:P there are alot of parts on this car willing to be sold cheap if needed!!! just let me know, if not i'm going to junk it, there will be pics of the engine soon(hopefully) but here are some pics of the car with the damage on the body. It must be sold ASAP! (parents getting on my case about it!, if you want to whole car with everything on it, that will go for $700! (has a title also!) that's a pretty good deal if you ask me! Shipping i can't do here, i live in Kingsville, Tx so you may have to pick it up with a trailer or tow it. I hope to do business with you!

I went to my salvage yard in my really small town! and he said 20 dollars! no thanks, i think i may have a better chance on here getting it sold

Wow... that low... I got $100 out of a car that could only be used for half of its body parts and all of its glass. The rims were crappy, the tires were bald, the interior was nappy, and it had no engine or tranny. They even came to me and towed it away.

When I got rid of my rust bucket Chevy Cheyanne 2+2, I think they gave me $50. It had no tranny and the engine was not functional and sitting in the bed of the truck.

Well i want to see if anyone on here needs the engine, how hard could it be to make motor mounts for a 455 ? that engine is bigger than my 400. I have about 2 weeks to get it sold, i need new rims for my car(mine are bad) i need parts for my engine and some for body work... if anyone is interested here is my email address: darkkmoone2@yahoo.com

Someone has to want that 455. It's among the better engines of the GM product line of the time. Buick had more nickle content in their castings, than the other GM product lines.

Also, not to sure, but, isn't that a short stroke big block as compared to the other GM big blocks.
I know the can be made into real screamers.
