Police car intake manifold

I found a guy up island who has a ex-cop car intake manifold for a 360 that hes selling for $150 (can). Are these intakes any better than the stock ones? Is it worth the $150 or should I bite the bullet and get an edelbrock rpm?

I think right now I'd rather stick with a basic intake for now, get a shift kit and tune up for my tranny, and get a real good intake later, any opinions?

Theres a swap meet coming up, so hopefully Ill find one of those ld40's.

The manifold is the same as any other production 360 manifold.

Ahhh, well, 150 sure aint no deal for a production intake, bugger trying to sweeten the deal with the ol' "cop car intake"
