Police car intake manifold
I found a guy up island who has a ex-cop car intake manifold for a 360 that hes selling for $150 (can). Are these intakes any better than the stock ones? Is it worth the $150 or should I bite the bullet and get an edelbrock rpm?
I think right now I'd rather stick with a basic intake for now, get a shift kit and tune up for my tranny, and get a real good intake later, any opinions? Theres a swap meet coming up, so hopefully Ill find one of those ld40's. Thanks |

The manifold is the same as any other production 360 manifold.
You can thank the Blues Brothers for the myth that everything on a cop car is special. |
