440 cam degree?
I have a 440 engine rebuild - cam shaft MP solid lifter 284 degree duration with .528 lift. Cam specs calls for 110 center line installed at 106. How much difference does this make? Is it worth changing? Driving mostly on street. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!

What car is this going in? Stick or auto? Rearend Gear ratio? Compression ratio?

You'll find that most MP cams will be 4° advanced when installed in the factory location.
This will give more low end and compensate for chain stretch |

I have the same cam, installed it it was about 106-107.......I have run it here, took it down and advanced it another 4 degs....seemed to help a little.
