Default cutting .065 off 906's ?

hi
cutting my 906 heads .065 on a 383.
what do i have to watch out for when i
put it back together ?

The push rods may be too long. Hydraulic lifters can take up part, or all, of the difference. If you have adjustable rockers, there may be enough room in the adjuster screw to work. If not, shimming the shafts up will get you by, but the correct way is to get correct length push rods.

be sure to cut the intake side of the head too.

should i use a hard washer under the head bolts?
if so does do i need something under intake bolts?

Yes, use new head bolts with hardend washers so you get a true torque reading and I alway torque the heads in three stages.
