Default 440 thermostat

Hi, what thermostat do you recomend for a big block 440? It is creeping into the 220-240 range when pulling into the garage. NOT GOOD. What degree thermostat do you recomend?

Yes some are, most are not. I also run a Nascar sportsman car at our track. Should come down and watch some time.

Run 192 in hauler, 160 in circle burner during the hot months, 180 in spring and fall when ambient is 60 or so. Kinda sounds like lack of airflow on your ride.
