MMME / Moparchat show - room discount rate ?

Ok - I know the Mid Mich Mopar Enthusiasts / MOPARCHAT show is not until next summer, but I'm trying to help plan out a few things here, and possible room rate discounts is one of them.
When the RAM M'AM and I travel, we usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but the show is in a small town and I'll have to check on what Hotel / Motels are around.

Just curious if you would like me to check and see if we can get so many rooms set aside for a discount price ?
