power steering
we took out my brothers 74 charger for its first run today and the power steering continuously turns the wheels to the right whether moving or parked. Does anyone have any ideas or fixes for this dangerously annoying problem?

you can loosen the control valve and tap it in the other direction until the power assist stops and then tighten the block down. It is the square on top of the steering box.

A seal could be dried out. Run the wheel back and forth for 5 min. Then let it set for a day. Over the next 5 days if it doesn't work right you may have to get it rebuilt or replaced.
