Default 71 340 camshaft thrust plate oil bolt placement

ok 1971 340...... on the camshaft thrust plate, it has 4 bolts, 1 bolt is brass and has a hole in it so oil may get to the timing chain and stuff under the timing cover, I think it goes in the upper right side, this is where it was when i disassembled the motor, the upper right has the hole going all the way though to the lifter valley... Is this the correct place ???? ..... once again thanks very much for all the replies....

Default

It should be positioned over the tab that gets bolted on the plate.
The tab drips oil onto the chain.
