I had a 73 Charger, 440, Speed Pro forged pistons supossedly the 10:1 models. I'm sure it wasn't close to that though. .590 cam, ductile iron rockers, 346 heads ported with the DC porting templates. 4.30 gear, 9x 29.5 slicks, Fairbanks 4500 stall converter, Torker intake and a worked over 750 Holley, about 815 cfm. Car weighed 3800lbs with me in it and ran 11.40's. The only problem I see with yours is the 4 speed. I hope you have a Dana 'cause iffin you don't, you'll be breaking alot of parts. You may also need a steeper gear with the stick, like a 4.56.

A buddy of mine ran a very similiar combo with a 4 speed in a Belvedere wagon. I asked him what RPM he left the line at, he said, "Hell I don't know. I just mat it, the valve float stops it from revving to far. That car ran 11.90's.
