Default q-jet decode?

Some one gave my brother a rochester quadrajet carb. It has a code of 7045626 what is it and is it any good?

Quadrajunks not good for anything other than a paper weight. Toss it and go get a new Thermoquad from Advance for around 189.oo. IT will out do most any carb and was stock on small and big blocks. Besides it's mainly a chebby carb so any chebby guy might give you 50 for it.

I was just sitting, reading this post and wondering when DWC would jump in and straighten him out about the Q-Jet.
