Default BBD vs SBD Torque convertors

What are the boltup differences between a TC made for a BBD and one made for a SBD in terms of it matching up to a A727?
Can a Flexplate with 5/16" holes be enlarged for the 7/16" ?
Thanks for replies

Yep they can be enlarged, any 727 converter can be swaped from tranny to tranny if the correct flexplate is had.
