Biggrin help!!!!!

i was wondering if a 360 motor would bolt up to a 340 transmission without any modifications? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

aren't all small block bellhousing bolt patterns the same?? i believe they are... look at the back of the block, and at the tranny and make sure they are the same pattern...

yes, all small blocks used the same tranny bolt pattern.

I agree they will bolt up. There may be differences in the balance of torque convertors or flywheels from one application to the other. But they will bolt up.

Bolt up yes. Torque converter...no.

The 360 is weighted differently, than a 340. Cheapest solution is a converter from a local rebuilder, when doing the swap.
