Question Hemi Flywheel

Looking for info.............Has any one had experience with the 8 bolt 130 tooth 10.5 flywheel listed by Mopar rerformance? Will it allow you to use a B/RB 10.5 bellhousing and associated parts when swapping from 6 bolt 10.5 383 flywheel to a 426 Hemi.

Yes, the Hemi went to the 130 tooth wheel and 10.5" clutch in '70. Before that, they used a 172 tooth wheel and 11" with the direct drive starter. If the 11" clutch and 143 tooth wheel is used, an aftermarket 8 bolt/143 wheel must be used.

Thanks Cecil, I get closer each day to putting a Hemi in my Satellite.
I spoke with Shumacher today. They expect to have the mounts to put a Hemi in a 65 "B" no K frame change with in a month or so. TTI is working on the headers.

Default 65 B?

I talked w/ Mike at TTI on 7/30. They had 2 sets in stock and had more being run.
[He quoted me 2 weeks lead time, as I want O2 bungs in the collectors.]
Promax [Ben is running a special for free frt on these headers.] I was quoted $49.00 UPS by TTI. Shoot, $50 is $50 bucks for some other goodie!!

In looking at the Schumacher website, I got the impression the mounts were already available. Are they not??

back to huggin my HEMI!!

Wink Schumacher Update

Just got off the fone w/ the lady at Schumachers.
She's reporting that the parts are at the powdercoaters, and will be ready to ship in the next couple weeks.. mayby by the end of the month....

She also said that TTI was working directly w/ them to assure that the new 65 B headers will fit w/ the new mounts.
Anyone that wants, can call, and ask to be put on the list. They will call you as soon as they are ready to start shipping.

HTH,
