Anybody know who might sell a windage tray for a 5/8" stroked 440 motor?

blygy,

Yeah I need more cubes - never can have enough! Engine is in short block stage - 5/8" Mopar Crank, Eagle 'H' beams, JE 13 to 1 pistons, dynamite set of 915's hogged to biggee size, cross ram intake with dual 660 Holleys. Shoul make a Mustang Masher or Bow Tie Buster.

I can't locate a windage tray for the 5/8" stroker.

vanishPt,

You da man. I looked at Mancini at the Nats and one of their booth guys told me that they didn't handle anything with that big of a stroke.

Thanks for the link. Order is being processed as we speak.

You might try Milodon. I have one in my 511 (4 1/4" stroke) and it is about the same depth as the Mopar 4.15" windage tray, but a bit wider. I ran the standard MP windage tray with a 4.15" stroke in the past. It cleared with Eagle Chevy rods, but would not fit with aluminum Chrysler size rods. A 4 3/8" stroke only needs 1/16" more room than a 4 1/4" crank. If you have steel rods, you might be O.K. with the Milodon stroker tray. Maybe they have one for your crank anyway. Their number is: 818-407-1211.
