Default Slap Stick Replacement

I am getting fed up with the performance of my slap stick when manually shifting.
I know there are lots of models on the market that would work, but does anyone know of one that will reasonably fit the stock console. I don't mind a little tasteful hacking, but want the end result to look decent.

I've heard the Hurst Pro-Matic 2 fits under there ok. I've got one but won't be installing it till this winter.
