Default Radio Suppression?

With such upgrades as aftermarket coils, wires, electronic conversions, et cetera, is the radio suppression capacitor on the coil necessary?

No, the supressor on the coil isn't really needed or useful, with upgraded ignitions. If you get ignition buzz in your radio, then you need a noise supressor on the power side of the radio.

The supressor on the coil isn't going to do a thing for solid core wires and high curent coils.
