Default Smog trouble

I think I have the solution..It works for me in Nevada with my 73 Dart.

Was reading up on 'oil catch cans'.

I work in a Hospital and have access to all kinds of plastic containers so, I made one myself.
On my first trip about 10 miles I checked the container and it has a small amount of nasty looking oil in the bottom.

This junk would have been sucked into my engine from the PCV line!! I can see how an engine would HAVE to run cleaner this way..

What do you guys think?

That small amount of nasty oil is burnt in the combustion process. It also helps to slow the formation of carbon, in the combustion chambers.

I have breathers on the Cuda. So the intake charge stays fresh. Once in awhile, I'll clean the carb out while shes running and proceed with the tune up (Plugs) afterwards.
Same cleaning is done on the other car(s) with the emmisions hooked up.
Detergent gas (?) That is a good question on how well it works.
Fuel additive. (?) same question

Default OIL

Most Humble grasshopper asks how dirty oil in intake reduces carbon?

I thought carbon was the excess material not burned and residue from burnoff.

At any rate- it will probably help if I use only during Smog dances at D*** M V
