Not unusual to see bubles, after changing the coolant.

Usually a head gasket, will come gushing out, not just bubbles.

Is it over heating? Is it using coolant? Is there Coolant in the oil?

If these are all "No" then you probably don't have a problem.

You will get air bubles when you first change it and should run the engine with the cap off til the thermostat opens and it purges all of the sir out. If it never ever stops then it could be a head gasket starting to leak on you there.

Question System flush??

Wait a minute. If you just flushed your coolant system you SHOULD see air bubbles for a minute or so while the engine is running, but they should stop.
Do you mean that you continously have air creeping up in your system or you saw bubbles and got worried?
The radiator is the highest point in the system so any air in the coolant system (which will cause it to overheat) migrates to the top of the radiator so it is normal after draining and filling of coolant.
