NO!! It never was produced with a V6. They were offered with V 10 only and there was a special order V8 for race use only and if ordered it came with a sticker and no title since it was for comp only use.

They never had a Viper with a V-6, but back in 89 when it was a concept it had a v-12 with about 300hp if I remember right.

Vipers NEVER came witha V-6 or V-12 (even as a prototype). There was a precursor prototype that came before the Viper called and IZOD that had a V-8.

There were a couple of development mules that had V-8's but they were never shown to the public. They were basically doing the engine development in Italy (with their subsidiary Lamborghini), and developing the styling with an interim engine that was never meant to see production (or to be shown in public).

The V-10 on the Viper is a 360 V-8 classic Mopar with 2 cylinder slapped on the front of it. The bore and stroke were identical in early engines. The fact that the V-10 is a 90 degree engine (which is what V-8's are supposed to be) is why it has an uneven firing order (and what some consider and odd sound).

My bad, I thought I saw a Viper with a V-12, I went and looked it up and it was a 360ci v-8 that was in it.
