Default OK so I cant leave well enuf alone

I have been LQQking on ebay and they have these really cheeeeeeeeeeeeeep block hugger headers ($99.00)
and I am thinking If I turn them upsidedown They might make a good starting point for a dual turbo setup.
I know I am whacked but I gotta see if I can do this thing.
I found a racing company in Australia that has the turbo matching program on the internet (ray hall racing) so a couple of Garrett T25's outta work.
main thing is to be nice to the engine and not overboost.
Here I go will let you know if it goes Kabooooooom

Unless you use some separate supporting (that is able to move for heat expansion) for the turbo, the headers will most likely crack in a very short time. Using weld els is the most durable, and leak free, setup, in my opinion.

Charger440, I would stay away from the t-25's. Those are incredibly small for your application. Those turbos were used on 2 liter motors and ran out of steam pretty early..

Ray hall's calcs seemed to me to be very unaccurate. I used the calculators on 3si.org to figure up my compressor needs more accurately. If you would like some help sizing the turbos just instant message me and I would give you my #. Sizing turbs can be alittle complicated but I have a good feel of what works and what doesn't..

A lot of the sizing also depends on what you really want out of the car.

Once you go turbo you will not want to go back.

Oh yea, a larger single unit would be cheaper and easier to plumb in my opinion.. Wish I would have gone single from the beginning but I am working with what I have so far..

72 cuda 408 smallblock, twin t-4 turbos, 3.23 geared street car.
10.94 at 129 mph on mccreary dot street tires at about 3500lbs.
