Default emission holes

What is the best way to plug emission holes in the 302 heads?

Tap them and then install a flush allen head set screw. Then use a grinder to remove the hump in the exhaust port floor to increase exhaust flow or there will still be a major restricion there.

Default emissions holes

dwc43 is right. 1/4" long allen screws ,1/4by 20. Just add some red locktite too just for insurance.

That is how I did mine
