rearend pricing
I have a 8 3/4 rearend with a 2.76 ratio. I'm thinking of upgrading to 3.55. Two questions, first can I just replace the center or do I have to replace drum to drum? Secondly what should I pay for it.

MoPar should have what you need. If not theres Drive train specialists (DTS) and Randys ring and pinion to look at.
It's an easy swap. I used to do them in about an hour from jack up to jack down. (I know, a little slow, must be gettin up in age ) Get the parts and have a good shop do the work and it'll be cheaper than a outright purchase. |
