Default knock, were is it coming from?

I have a mild 360 that I race and the last few weekends I have noticed a knock coming from under the car. Only when the motor heats up. The oil pressure is 65 at idle at 170degrees. I cut open my oil filter no signs of metal. I have checked my flex plate bolts and all is well. I recently installed a new balancer and it installed fine. It came with the right weight for an external balance 360. Is there anything I can check without tearing my motor down. Thanks

Does it knock all the time or just when the engine is under a load?

Does the car have to be moving to produce the knock?

A little more detail please

Check the exhaust as stated before and you might want to check the motor mounts. Could have a bad mount.

Make sure that your torque converter bolts aren't backed off a bit.
