man George, you are going to need a book with the wire dia. and alot of patience. The only thing that I can help you on is that #4 problem is normal.
One thing to look at is the high beam switch on the floor,I had one go bad and it did weird things. |

gremlins
First off replace dimmer switch.Second, replace turnsignal assembly. If all else fails, see your local pyrotechnition and get about 10 pounds of good rock powder and a fresh blasting cap.Works for me.

Mopar Electrical
Chances are, when it comes to Mopar electrical systems, The answer to the problem is gonna be strange.
I had a 73 Charger That was always over charging the Battery (ampmeter always pegged) and (the Battery would get hot.) The problem "believe it or not" was the drivers side dome light switch (in the door jamb) was shorting/grounding to the body. Very Strange! I know its not the answer to your problem, but then again, maybe it is |

A pinched wiring harness can cause a lot of weird electrical problems.
#1 ?????bad dimmer ???? #2 Sounds like the turn signal switch is bad. #3 check the door switches is power getting to them? #4 This is normal operation. Having the A/C on during defrost cools the air so it can't hold as much moisture then its heated by the heater core and blows out hot dry air that keeps the windshield from fogging up. Get a good wiring diagram, a volt/ohm metter and, a lot of troubleshooting. The meter is good for checking the parts so you don't waste your money replacing a good part. If all else fails make friends with an electrical maintenance technician. |
