New pulleys and belts, what should I use?
I recently have taken off all of the air conditioning equipment in my 75 new yorker 2door. It has a 440. My only problem is that ounce I took off the compressor, which the pulley bracket is a part of, the belt that went to it has no way to get to the alternator, because the water pump is in its way. Since there is obviously 440 cars with no air conditioning, my question is how do I connect my crank/alternator pulley when the water pump is in the way. Are there any brakets or pulleys to put where the compressor used to be? Keep in mind that my upper and lower radiator hose is on th passenger side. Any info at all is helpful, i wanna get my car going asap. thanks -jack
