Question How do you tighten spark plugs on Edelbrock heads?

How do you tighten the pulgs on Edelbrock 360 heads?
There isn't space for a socket to go around the plug, not even a wrench.

Losen your headers, take off your valve covers.

Red face diff plugs.

I ran into this while building my friends 360 with Edel Alum heads. I am pretty sure we put Champions #71's in the holes. they take a 5/8" plug socket.

LOL @ dewme5. Sup bro, long time no see.

I used a standard ratchet and properly sized for the plug spark plug socket. No problems.

Default 5/8 hex plugs

I use the 5/8 hex plugs by NGK (R5671A-9) in my little 318 for several reasons.
They work.
They allow more tool space.
They cost only $1.22 each at the local parts store.

I will be going to a -8 at the next race as the -9 is acting too cold. Maybe even to a -7.
