Question changing eletronic ign?

i am looking to eleminate the stock electronic ignition in my boat to save some space in the wiring compartment and to simplify the start cct. is there any ignition systems out there that will take the place of this system in a compact, easy to set up and connect package? any info would be helpfull. thanks
