Heater Removal
I have a 67 Belvedere II that I wanted to take the heater out from. How does this thing come out? Is there anything that I must do after it comes out (besides plugin the firewall.
Thanks |

You will also need to plug the outlet and inlets that feed the heater core

remove the cables and wiring pigtail under the dash, loosen the underdash bracket, take out the ashtray and any ductwork, get under the hood and remove the nuts on the firewall, heater hoses,if a/c car remove the water control valve and copper sending unit, put front seat back as far as poss.,undo vent tubes, remove underdash brace, and wrassle the thing out of there, holes in firewall can be plugged with body plugs,or 3/8"x1" carriage bolts,
