Default Hemi Megablock

Hello !
If you have a hemi megablock (557) with cam. How much would it cost approximately to complete the engine ?
What is the used value for just the megablock with cam ?
How many HP would this engine give approximately ?

Thanks in advance

is totally dependent on parts used.
The real question here is what do you want to do with the mega block?
Also, what are the specs of the cam you have?
