Default dixco tach wires?

i have a don gartlis dixco tach and was trying to figure out where the wires go. it has a red ,black and green wire.

Red to a switched ignition source + positive
Black ground-
Green - negative on coil
is that the dixco hood tach?

its the red white and blue column tach. thanks for info.
