Default Four speed tranny question

Came across a '74 dodge 200 3/4 ton pickup with a four speed in it today at the local bone yard. Is this worth getting? Or are truck four speeds different from cars?

Truck 4-speeds are too bulky to fit in a passenger car and have the "granny" 1st gear.

Default Which 4 speed does it have?

It would help to know in addition to 2wd or 4wd.
