Fel-Pro
That's a LOT of pressure to throw at a V8 head gasket.
I know that Fel-Pro makes an insane composit head gasket for small and big block mopars. They are about $100+ a set, but it sounds to me like your engine is a good canidate to try a set of them. Give me a little while to respond today, I know a guy with a 340 with Indy heads running 14.6:1 compression in a 10.2 Sec. '69 Dart Swinger at 5000 feet altitude with no nitrous or supercharger. He's had those gaskets for as long as he's had the motor (about 5 years) and they seem to hold up just fine. I'll give him a buzz and I'll see if he knows the Fel-Pro part number for those gaskets. If these gaskets won't work, you may have to re-deck the block and possibly the heads to get anything to work. Turbo motors have a tendency to tweak. |
